Part 1

(Liz walked out of the bar and started walking in the direction of the motel she was staying in. She knew it wasn’t a good idea to be walking alone at this time of night, especially after the people who have turned up dead the past couple of days but it was a nice night out and if needed to she could take care of herself thanks to the extra bonus Max had given her, other than saving her life of course. Liz sighed as she remembered how they had been so happy the first two years of being married but once Max started pressuring her to have kids things went downhill from there. She knew that he had wanted a kid since he had given up Zan but that wasn’t what she had wanted at the time, they were constantly on the run and the last thing they should do is bring a kid into their unstable lives. But that was something that he just couldn’t understand so after a year of their relationship falling apart Liz just couldn’t take it anymore. In front of her was no longer the boy she had once fell in love with, but a whole different person altogether. Liz felt her anger boil as she remembered how he had reacted when she told him that she had wanted a divorce. Max had ordered her to stay, Liz couldn’t believe it when those words had come out of his mouth. He was actually trying to pull the king card with her, something that she had let go on for far too long. After telling him that she was leaving and that there was nothing he could do to stop her, he gave up. Of course that was after a few days of trying to convince her to stay and when he had realized that she wasn’t going to change her mind he had agreed to sign the divorce papers that she had Jesse send to him once she left. Liz couldn’t help but push the worry that she felt as she thought of how he had yet to sign them, she just hoped he would do as he promised and let her go. Except the nagging feeling in the back of her mind told her that it was going to be a lot harder than she had originally thought. Before she could think more on the subjects she saw movement in the corner of her eyes and the next thing she knew she was being dragged by some kind of animal she couldn’t recognize in the direction of the woods).

Part 2

(Before Liz could react and attack the demon it stopped, so taking the chance to get away she attempts to get up but is stopped as the demon attacks her with its claws. Liz yells in pain as the claws come into contact with her skin and leaves deep red marks in her skin, and as it reels back to attack her again a shot is heard in the woods. Liz watches as the demon growl and falls back in pain, and then a second later it’s running in the direction that the shot came from).

(Liz quickly gets to her feet and sees an older man with a shotgun in his hands. Before the man can shoot the demon that’s heading his way his shotgun gets jammed and she watches as he curses as his gun doesn’t work but eyeing the demon the whole time. Reacting on instinct, Liz raises her arm and hits the demon with green electrical energy before it can attack the man. The man watches in shock as Liz walks closer to them only causing the demon to scream louder and louder in pain until it finally exploded into ash).

Man:(once his gun clicks, telling his it works he aims it at Liz) What are you?

Liz:(surprised that he was aiming the gun at her, after all she had just saved his life) That’s not a very nice way to say thank you. (When she saw he was really intending to shoot her she sighed) My name’s Elizabeth Parker. I’ll explain everything if you just put your gun down, it will make explaining a lot easier if I don’t have a gun pointed at me. (Even though she and Max weren’t divorced yet she still told people her last name was Parker instead of Evans)

Man:(after a moment he put his gun down) Ok.

Liz:(smiled at him) You are?

Man:(put his hand out) John Winchester.

Liz:(shook his hand) So what was that thing?

John:(surprised) You didn’t know what it was. (Liz shook her head) It was a Wendigo. It’s kind of like a werewolf.

Liz:(nodded understandingly) Oh. (And then after a moment said) So their real.

John:(nodded) Unfortunately yes. (He looked around) We better get out of here, but we can go to my hotel room and I’ll explain and so can you.

Liz:(agreed knowing it probably wasn’t a good idea to be out there in the middle of the night, especially if another one showed up) Ok. Lead the way. (She followed him out of the woods)
