Summary: In Roswell this is starts during Departure and In DA this is after Max found Zack in S2. He didn't try to kill Logan so hes staying with them. (yea I know I have alot of him not trying to kill Logan but I always hated that it happend so it won't in most of my stories). Liz is a transgenic but no one know until something unthinkable happens.

Part 1

(Liz, Maria, and Kyle reached the pod chamber and jumped out of the Jetta to see Tess fighting Max, Isabel, and Micheal. So they hurried over to help them, not knowing that Tess had seen them and before they could reach the others Tess shot a blast at the three aliens, sending them flying backwards. Before anyone could react Tess closed her eyes and went into Kyles head, causing him to fall to the ground and scream as he held his head in pain and as soon as it started it ended and Kyle fell to the ground dead).

Liz:(yelled) Kyle (as she reached him, she didn't have to check his pulse. She knew he was dead)

(As Liz heard Maria yells he looked at her and saw her face pale. So Liz followed her gaze and she watched in horror as she saw a blast hit Max, causing him to slam backwards into the rocks. She watched as Isabel ran over to him and tried to heal him but clamped her hand over her mouth and Liz knew he was dead. Liz held her arm up and shot a blast at Tess and hit her, but not before Tess was able to send a blast to Maria. As Liz was making her way to Maria she kneeled down and checked her pulse, her heart nearly stopped as she realized Maria was dead. As Liz looked over at Tess she saw her aim at Micheal, who was about to send a bast at Tess, and she ran and pushed Micheal out of the way. As she did this they both fell to the ground with Micheal barely missing Tess's blast but not Liz it only grazing her shoulder. Micheal looked at Liz shocked realizing she took the hit for him but also knowing it wasn't possible for someone human to move so fast, and before he could think it over he quickly pushed it from his mind as he sees Tess get back up. Liz, who also realized this, raised her hand and put up a shield to protect her, Micheal, and Isabel who made her way over to them).

Tess:(laughed) Do you really think that shield will help you for long?

Liz:(without removing her gaze from Tess) When I drop the shield Iz run right and Micheal run left.

Isabel:(skeptical) Liz what about you?

Liz:(feeling her energy draining) Don't worry about me.

Micheal:(worriedly) Liz-

Liz: Trust Me. (looking him straight in the eyes and he nods)

(Liz faced Tess and once she dropped the shield Isabel ran right, and Micheal ran left causing Tess to look at them suprised. Liz saw this and took this moment to run faster than anyone human could and before Tess realized it Liz was in front of her and had her hand clasped around Tess's neck cutting off her air supply)

Liz:(glaring at her and saying coldly) You Mudering Whore!!

Tess:(trying to breathe) Let...(gasps)..can't...bre-....the.

Liz:(as Micheal and Isabel made their way over to Liz and Tess, shocked to see Liz choking her) Good.

Isabel: Liz (touched her arm and Liz knew what she was trying to say, Isabel wanted Tess dead but she didn't want Liz to have blood on her hands not knowing that it wouldn't be the first time)

Liz:(slowly released her grasp on Tess and once she did Tess fell to the ground gasping for breath)

Tess:(as she slowly stood up) You Stupid Bitch! (she quickly raised her hand and sent Liz flying back into a huge rock and Liz grunted as she hit the ground. When Tess saw Liz was down she turned to Micheal and Isabel, who she had used her other hand to pin against the rocks and closed her eyes and concentrated. The next thing Liz heard was Micheal and Isabel screaming in pain and Liz reacted on instinct when she pulled out her gun and fired at Tess, the bullet piercing her right in the middle of her forehead. Liz watched as Tess fell to the ground dead).

(Micheal and Isabel stood up and looked at Liz in shock as they saw the gun in her hand and Tess's dead body to the side of them).

Liz:(put her gun back in her jacket and walked over to Micheal and Isabel, who were staring at her in shock) Mihceal call Valenti (she tossed him her phone and walked over to Tess and waved her hand over her body disinegrating it just like Nasedos had)

Isabel: Oh God (she said as she looked at Max, Kyle, and Marias dead bodies, her face white as a sheet)

Micheal:(hung up the phone and tossed it back to Liz, who shockingly caught it without looking at it) Is? (he looked in her direction and followed her gaze causing his face to pale) Maria (he whispered)

Isabel: How could we let this happen? (with tears going down her face)

Liz:(looked at them and her three dead friends. She couldn't believe that Max was dead the only guy that she had ever fallen in love with, she shouldn've listened to Zack. Emotions were a weakness, she should not have gotten attached and now four peple she cared about the most were dead. Before Liz could continue her thoughts she was pulled from them when she heard Isabels heartbreaking sobs. She turned and looked to see Micheal holding a sobbing Isabel, she also noticed that Micheal had a blank face just like she did. So Liz walked over to them and said quietly) I'm sorry (she knew that it was all her fault, she caused all of this she should have died that day in the Crashdown)

(Before Micheal and Isabel could say anything to Liz they saw Valenti drive up and once he pulled over the three of them saw him run over to Kyles body and him dropping to his knees with tears running down his face).

Jim: Kyle (held his son) god I'm so sorry son (crying)

(After a while Valenti wiped his eyes and stood up, and made his way over to them)

Jim: I'll call the station you three need to get out of here.

Isabel:(hugs him) I'm sorry Jim.

Jim:(hugs her back) Me too. (After a moment Isabel pulls away and after taking one last look at Maxs body she walks to the Jetta) Liz (Liz looks at him blankly)

Liz:(without emotion) We'll see you at the Crashdown (turns and walks over to where Isabel is sitting in the Jetta. She couldn't really feel anything, she was numb and she was glad she was because she didn't think she could go through all of this without breaking down if she wasn't)

Isabel:(worriedly) Liz I can heal you (as Liz sat in the passengers seat with Isabel in the back, she said this motioning to Lizs bleeding shoulder)

Liz: I'm ok (she just stared foward)

(Isabel knew that Liz was far from ok, they all were. She couldn't believe they were dead. Isabel shut her eyes as more tears clouded her vision. After a few minutes Micheal climbed in and started the car, he glance in the review mirror to see Isabel with her eyes closed and tears going down her face. He then glanced at Liz and saw her staring out the window with no expression on her face)

Micheal: It's not your fault Liz (replying to what she said earlier)

Liz: I wish that were true Micheal, I really do. (quietly as she glanced at him) We should go. (then she turned back and looked out the window blankly)

(Micheal frowned at her response and knowing it wasn't a good time to argue he pulled out and drove back to Roswell)

Part 2

(Crashdown)

(As Micheal stopped he turned to Liz)

Micheal: Iz can heal your shoulder. (he says concerned as he sees her shoulder)

Liz:(shakes her head) No I'll just let it heal on its own. (after a moment) I better go.

Micheal: Ok then we'll talk later.

Liz:(nodded) Yea. (knowing she had alot of explaining to do, she just hoped that they would understand why she kept it a secret, she thought as she opened the door and climbed out of the car. She shut the door and walked inside of the Crashdown, thankful her parents were gone at a Convention in Alberquerqe, and they would be there for another two weeks)

(Once Liz reached the back she heard a phone ring, so she pulled out her cell and answered it)

Liz: Hello

Voice: Liz it's Logan

Liz: Logan (suprised she hadn't been expecting him to call since she was usually the one to call him) hey whats going on?

Logan: You remember that program I set up for you and Maxie.

Liz:(as she thinks) You mean the one so we could talk and se each other on the computer.

Logan: Yea. Can you start it?

Liz: Why? (she says as she starts walking upstairs to her room)

Logan: There is something you need to see.

Liz: Ok hold on. (as she walks into her room she sits in the chair in front of her computer and starts setting up the program, and after a few minutes she finishes) Ok I got it. Now what do I do?

Logan: Good just hold on. (Liz waited, staring at the computer screen, and was suprised when Max appeared on the screen)

Liz: Max (she smiles) hey whats going on?

Max:(smiles) Liz (then frowns as she sees her appearance) hey are you ok?

Liz:(lied) Yea I'm fine (she said not wanting to talk about it) So what happend?

Max:(takes a deep breath) Zack is alive.

Liz:(shocked) What? (paused) Maxie....How? (she could barely get her words out. All Max had told her was that Zack was killed but never told her how it happend)

Max:(swallowed) It's a long story. I think it would be better if I told you in person.

Liz:(quickly nods) I'll be there in a few days.

Max: Ok (small smile) I'll see you then.

Liz: Ok bye. (she takes a deep breath as she shuts off the screen. She can't believe he's alive, and before she can get lost in her thoughts she stands up and takes out a duffel bag. Now all she had to do was pack and figure out what to do about Micheal and Isabel).

Part 3

(Roswell)

(Liz had just packed her stuff and was hurrying downstairs. As she reached the bottom she had to stop herself before she ran smack into Micheal and Isabel).

Liz:(looked at them surprised) What are you guys doing here?
Isabel: We were gonna wait to talk later but we can’t wait until then Liz. What the hell happened? I mean how did you do that? (she said as she remembered what Liz had done)

Liz:(took a deep breath) Look I can’t talk about it now.

Micheal:(it was then he noticed her bag) Where are you going?

Liz: I’m going to Seattle. (she said honestly)

Isabel:(unbelievably) And you were just going to leave us. After what happened.

Liz:(took a deep breath) Especially after what happened today. It’s too dangerous for you guys to come.

Micheal:(clenched his jaw) Your not leaving us here Liz. If it’s dangerous then we should all be together ok. (he then swallowed) We can’t lose anyone else.

Liz:(looked at him for a moment and then nodded knowing he was right, they were all that were left of the group and they had to stick with each other) Ok. I’ll explain on the way.

Isabel:(nodded) We just need to go home and get some of our stuff.

Liz:(shook her head) We’ll buy new stuff, we can’t take the chance of your parents being there.

Isabel:(nodded) Ok but with what money?

Liz: I have some in my savings. Now lets go. (They followed her out of the Crashdown and to the Jetta and she climbed into the drivers seat since she was the only one who knew where they were going, and Micheal sat in the passengers seat with Isabel in the back. Once they were all in the car Liz started the car and made her way out of Roswell).

Isabel: Why are we going to Seattle? (she said from the back)

Liz:(takes a deep breath) In order for you to understand I guess I’ll start at the beginning. It all started when a government branch called Manticore started mixing different DNA cocktails to create the perfect transgenic soldiers and assassins through genetic engineering. They are born with better reflexes, senses, speed, and brain functions than a normal person.

Isabel: What do you mean create?

Liz: Basically they mixed traits from all kinds of DNA to create something like a test tube baby and implanted them in a host mother. She would carry the child to full term and once she had birth Manticore took the babies away and raised them. They had increased hearing, strength, muscles, and reflexes because of some animal DNA mixed into them. I’m one of them. An X5. (When she saw their confused expressions she explained) The X stands for transgenic and the 5 stands for the fifth group. Each of us have barcodes so Manticore could keep track of us. Nine years ago me and my brothers and sisters escaped. We all separated after and I haven’t seen most of them since the escape. The only reason I even saw Max was because I had came up to Seattle last summer with Zack after the whole Destiny thing had happened.

Micheal: How many brothers and sister do you have?

Liz: There is Me, Max, Zack, Krit, Syl, Jondy, Zane, Tinga, Ben, Brin, and Eva. (Liz then paused) Ben, Brin, Tinga and Eva are dead. Eva died on the night we escaped, Lydecker had shot her. Ben was killed last year, I’m not sure how. Brin had gotten captured last year and when Zack and Max had saved her she was sick with Progeria, it’s basically a disease that causes us to rapidly age and then die. Anyways they had to give her back to Manticore because they were the only ones with a cure, so Manticore cured her and then sent her to reindocrination. They brainwashed her into one of there mindless soldiers. And Tinga was also recaptured but their new director Renfro killed her. Then up until today I thought Zack was dead. See a couple of months ago Max, Zack, Krit, Syl, and one of Maxies friends Logan helped them take down Manticore and during the mission Max was recaptured for about two months and then escaped. I didn’t know any of what happened until she had gotten out. She told me that Zack was killed but not how, then she told me last night that Zack was alive but she wanted to tell me the story in person.

Micheal:(curious) Why didn’t you go to take down Manticore with them?

Liz:(shook her head) They wanted to protect me. They told me what they were doing but not until it was too late.

Isabel: I’m sorry Liz. (she said knowing it must’ve been hard for her to not have been able to help her siblings).

Liz:(gives her a sad smile) It’s ok. (she then looked at them surprised) You guys are taking this really good.

Micheal:(shrugged) It’s easier after we saw what you did. (he then paused) How long have you had powers?

Liz:(looked down) Since after Ava left town they were starting to show more and more. And I eventually learned to control them.

Isabel: Why didn’t you tell us? (she asked)

Liz;(took a deep breath) I was going to but then everything with Max and Tess happened and then the whole thing with Alex. I just couldn’t. (she said keeping her eyes on the road)

Isabel: I’m sorry that we never believed you Liz. (she said sadly)

Liz:(she said still not looking at them) I know. (after a moment Liz gave them a reassuring smile) Look you guys should get some rest it’s going to be a couple of hours before we stop.

Isabel:(nods) Ok.

(Liz looks back at the road and thinks of how she is about to see Zack)

Part 4

(2 days later)

(Liz, Micheal, and Isabel are standing outside of Logan’s building, with Micheal and Isabel looking at it impressed)

Micheal:(whistled) This guy must be loaded.

Liz:(nods) Yea he is.

Isabel:(looked away from the building to Liz) So they know we’re here right?

Liz:(looked at her and nodded) Yea I called Maxie at the gas station earlier, she said she was going to be here along with Zack, and a friend of hers.

Micheal:(curiously) Who’s the friend?

Liz:(shrugged) All she said was that he was a transgenic who she met in Manticore.

Micheal:(surprised) And he’s trustworthy, I mean if he grew up there then isn’t he like all the others?

Liz:(shook her head) Not all of them liked Manticore and now that it is gone they are just like we were when we escaped. They are just trying to survive every day. (Micheal didn’t say anything more as he and Isabel followed Liz inside the building and into the elevator).

(Less than a minute later the elevator door opened and they walked out of it and into a big penthouse, as they walked further into it they stopped as they saw a group of people standing in the living room. One of them was a woman with long dark hair who they assumed was Max, Liz’s sister, and the other three people were guys. One of them had light blonde hair with a leather jacket, the other had dark blonde hair with glasses and the last one was a tall dark haired man with green eyes)

Max:(as Liz walked in) Liz. (She walked over and hugged her)

Liz:(smiled as she hugged her back) Hey Maxie.

Max:(as they pulled away) I’m glad you came. (She said with a smile)

Liz:(nodded) Me too.(she then turned to Zack and smiled as she walked over and gave him a hug) Zack I didn’t really believe it when Maxie told me you were alive.

Zack:(gave her a small hug back as he said) Yea I didn’t at first. (Liz nodded and then watched as Zack noticed the people behind her) Who are they?

Liz:(motioned to them) This is Micheal and Isabel, they’re friends of mine and they know about the whole transgenic thing. (She then turned to Micheal and Isabel) Micheal, Isabel that’s my sister Maxie, that’s Logan, (she said motioned to the guys with glasses) this is Zack. (She said pointing to the guy with the black leather jacket) And you must be Alec. (She said as she looked at the tall guy with green eyes)

Alec:(smirked, he hadn’t taken his eyes off of her since she first walked in the apartment) Yea. It’s- (he was cut off by Zack)

Zack:(yelled furiously) They know what we are! (He couldn’t believe that his sister who had always been the best at taking orders told a couple of humans who and what they were and put them all at risk like that)

Liz:(looked away from Alec when Zack started yelling at her and narrowed her eyes at him) Yes they do. (She told him daring him to say anything about it)

Zack:(who ignored her tone glared at Micheal and Isabel) It’s too dangerous for them to be here and you of all people should know better than this. (Glanced at Maxie) Even if one of you can’t accept it.

Liz:(clenched her teeth) They aren’t going anywhere Zack.

Zack:(walked up to her until he was right in her face and Liz had to put her arm in front of Micheal, who didn’t like the way Zack was talking to Liz, stopping him from doing something that would make the situation worse) I wasn’t asking Liz.

Liz:(said as calmly as she could) Zack I’m happy there you are alive but you need to back the hell off or I will make you. (She said shocking Maxie and Zack because Liz had never spoken against Zack before).

Maxie:(said before Zack could respond, knowing what he had to say would only make the situation go out of control) Stop it Zack.

Zack:(seeing that Liz wasn’t going to back down at the moment he said) Fine I’ll drop this for now.

Max:(sighed and then turned to Liz, Micheal, and Isabel) You guys should have a seat I still need to explain what happened with Zack. (Before Liz responded she looked at Micheal and Isabel in a silent question)

Micheal:(knowing what she was asking them he looked to Isabel who nodded and then turned back to Liz) We trust you Liz.

Liz:(smiled gratefully and then turned back to Maxie who was watching their exchange curiously) Ok but first there’s something I need to talk to you guys about and it has to do with my appearance the last time we talked.

Maxie:(nodded) Ok. (She walked over and took a seat next to Logan on one of the couches)

(Liz took a deep breath as she, Isabel, and Micheal sat down on another couch across from Maxie, Logan, and Alec and Zack who were standing against the wall on either side of the rooms).
