Summary: Liz moves to Seattle after she breaks up with Max and meets the transgenics. What happens when she gets sucked into there world?

Part 1

(Florida)

(Liz, Max, Micheal, Maria, Isabel, and Kyle were in the van, they had left with from Roswell two years ago, now entering Flordia. Liz, Maria, Isabel, and Kyle were yet again watching Max and Micheal argue over where to go. Liz sighed she couldn't care less where they go, mainly because they were going without her. The only person she had told about leaving was Kyle, after all this time he was the ony one she could confide in, she couldn't tell Isabel because she would tell Max, and definetly not Maria because she would just tell Micheal so he could tell Max and they could all try and stop her. Which is something she wanted to avoid as much as possible, she was going to tell Max in person but she was going to do it alone away from all the others. Liz couldn't believe that after all this time on the run from the FBI they only seemed to grow further and further apart instead of closer together. Before she could continue her thoughts she was pulled out of them by Micheal and Max yelling at each other).

Micheal: No Maxewell we need to relax, lets just go to the beach and stay here for a while, (argued, fustrated with Maxs ongoing paranoia)

Max:(upset that Micheal wasn't listening to him) Micheal we need to lay low. The FBI could find us. (he said in a commanding voice)

Micheal:(getting even more pissed off as Max tried to pull the king card. He said tried because he wasn't going to let this go, he had finally had enough of taking Maxs orders. The only thing it did was made them all miserable, even though he knew Liz couldn't see it, he was concerned for her. He saw how she never smiled anymore, she was just as miserable as the rest of them even though his royal high ass couldn't see it. Micheal sighed and turned to Max) No. (They all looked at him suprised, sure he and Max always argued but Micheal had always stepped back and followed Max. This time was obviously different). Maxewell you may not see it but we're all so fucken tired of running, we haven't even seen or heard anything involving the FBI since we left Roswell. We are running away from nothing, no one has any idea where we are. We need to stop running because this is just killing us all. (He stopped and waited for him to respond).

Max:(shakes his head in denial) No that's ridiculous.

Liz: No it's not. (she snapped. She was so sick of Max being in denial, she wanted him to just wake the hell up. So for the first time in a very long time she spoke up and told him exactly what she thought) We are all miserable Max but you can't see that. You are so wrapped up in yourself you pretend things are great when in reality they're not. Especially with us. (she said suprising everyone except Micheal)

Max:(shocked at the words coming out of her mouth) Liz what are you talking about things are great between us. (Liz looked at him in disbelief)

Liz:(she couldn't believe the words that were coming out of his mouth, he really was oblivious to everything that has been going on) No Max it's not. (Liz opened the van door and climbed out, then started walking towards a gas station, knowing the whole time that Max was following her. She didn't say anything to him. This was her chance to tell him that she was leaving).

Part 2

(Gas Station)

(As Liz reached the gas station she turned around to come face to face with Max)

Liz: Max- (he cut her off before she could get out what she wanted to say)

Max:(yelled) What the hell was that Liz?

Liz:(sighed) Max I'm leaving. (She said deciding to just get it out before anything else was said)

Max:(clenched his jaw) What? No you’re not. (He says in denial)

Liz:(saw him start to go into denial) Max we're not happy and you know that. (She sees him shake his head) I'm sorry. I just don't want this, I
feel like I can't breathe anymore Max and whether you want to believe it or not you know I'm telling you the truth. You know it's just not me. Isabel, Maria, Kyle, even Micheal we're all so tired of all the running. I'm just choosing to be the first one to leave. (Max just looked at her and turned around and walked off with a betrayed expression. Leaving Liz starring after him).

(2 hours later)

(Bus Station)

(Liz was standing along with Maria, Isabel, Micheal, and Kyle by the bus).

Maria:(smiles sadly) I'm gonna miss you Lizzie. (She and Liz hug. Maria couldn't believe that her best friend was leaving her, she understood why, hell they all envied her for having the guts to leave but she would still miss her).

Liz:(as she pulled back she smiled and said) Me too Ria. (Then she turned to Kyle and hugged him) Thank you.

Kyle: For what? (He asked her as she pulled back)

Liz:(smiles) For always standing by me. (Kyle smiles and nods understandingly. She then turns to Isabel who catches Liz by surprise as she hugs her).

Isabel:(smiled as she pulled back) I know you thought that I would hate you for breaking up with Max but I don't I really respect you for staying with him this long.

Liz:(surprised but then smiles softly) Thank you Isabel that means a lot. (Isabel smiles and nods and then Liz turns to Micheal) So...

Micheal:(small smile as he pulls her into a hug) It's about damn time Parker. (He says causing Liz to laugh) Keep in touch.

Liz:(said as she pulled back) Of course.

Kyle: Where are you heading? (He asks wanting to know)

Liz:(shrugged and smiled) I’m not sure. Maybe Seattle, I heard it was nice there. I’ll call you when I get an address.

Isabel:(handed Liz a piece of paper) I talked to Jesse and he said he would be there to help you with the papers for the divorce, just to call him when you are ready. (Liz pulled Isabel into a crushing hug)

Liz: Thank You. (She said and then pulled back) I better go. (She said as she heard the doors to the bus open, So she turned around and climbed onto the bus, feeling better than she has in the past two years).

I'm glad that she left. I can't wait for her to meet the Transgenics.
